Local IT, from people who actually live here.
Jeff Blick is Activity3's Sales Director and your one call for IT across the Treasure Valley, Magic Valley, Sun Valley, Eastern Idaho, Teton Valley and Jackson Hole, Eastern Oregon, Northern Nevada and Northern Utah. Activity3 is headquartered in Twin Falls, veteran-owned, and built on the same handshake loyalty this region runs on: fifteen fixed-fee engagements that find and fix what is holding your IT back, delivered by engineers who know the roads to your door.
Now is a great time to reach out to Jeff. Year-end is when owners set next year's IT budget, line up renewals and review cyber insurance. Mention code MountainStates and every engagement on this page is 20% off list.
Eight markets. One local provider.
Businesses in Idaho and the Mountain States buy from people they can shake hands with, and they stay loyal to the ones who show up. Activity3 has been that provider for Southern Idaho since day one. Jeff carries it across the region.
The provider down the road, not a ticket queue in another time zone.
- Headquartered at 1301 11th Avenue East in Twin Falls. When Jeff says he will stop by, he means it.
- Engineers who already know the carriers, the buildings and the weather between Boise and Jackson.
- Veteran-owned and operated, with Idaho hiring and Idaho spending behind every engagement.
- US-based 24/7 helpdesk behind Jeff, so local does not mean small.
- Fixed fees published on this page. Code MountainStates takes 20% off list for businesses in these markets.
Most IT problems are found the expensive way
A breach, a failed backup or a bad purchase rarely shows up on a budget line. It shows up as a week of downtime, a denied claim or a contract you cannot get out of. Flip the switch and see the same six situations two ways.
One hire gets you one person. We bring the whole bench.
An in-house IT person is often the right instinct and the wrong structure: one skill set, one set of hours, and a single point of failure when they are on vacation or move on. Activity3 works as your IT department, with Jeff as the local person who knows your business and your building.
| One in-house IT hire | Activity3 with Jeff | |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | Business hours, minus vacation, sick days and turnover | US-based 24/7 helpdesk with Tier 1 to 3 technicians, plus on-site engineers across the region |
| Local | Depends entirely on who you can hire in your town | Twin Falls headquarters, an Idaho team, and one call to Jeff for anything from Reno to Jackson |
| Skills | One generalist asked to be an expert in everything | Security, Microsoft 365, networking, voice and cabling specialists |
| Buying | Retail pricing, one emergency at a time | Business-class sourcing through distribution, planned purchases |
| Knowledge | Lives in one person's head, and leaves with them | Documented, shared across the team, handed to you on request |
| Security | Best effort, between everything else | Minimum baselines set, monitored and reviewed with you |
| Cost | Salary, benefits, training and tools, all fixed | A predictable fee that scales with your headcount |
Meet Jeff. Your one call for IT.
Jeff Blick is Activity3's Sales Director and a partner in the company. He lives and works in the markets he serves, which is why owners across Idaho and the Mountain States call him first when something about their IT is not sitting right.
Jeff's approach is simple: understand how a business actually runs before recommending anything, be straight about what is worth spending on and what is not, and stand behind the work. He knows the region's carriers, buildings and seasons, and he treats the relationship the way business is done here, on a handshake and a phone number that is answered.
His style is consultative. He will sit down with you, listen, and leave you with a one-page brochure and a scope of work with a fixed price on it, so you can see exactly what you are buying and decide on your own schedule. No bundles you did not ask for. No multi-year commitment to get started. If something about your IT has been nagging at you, now is a great time to call him.

How exposed is your business today?
Ten questions an owner should be able to answer without calling anyone. Answer honestly; nothing is sent anywhere. Each "no or not sure" points to the engagement that closes it.
Pick what you need. Build your own plan.
Every engagement has a one-page brochure, a one-page scope of work and a fixed price, sized for companies of 25 to 75 users. Add any combination to your plan and send it to Jeff. Have a code from Jeff? Enter it below to see your pricing.
Mountain States businesses get 20% off list.

You run the business. We'll run the IT.
Our goal is simple: IT that sets you apart from your competitors instead of holding you back, with minimum security and best practices in place from day one, and a local person who knows your name, your building and your business when you call.
Six stories owners will recognize
Each case study walks through the situation, what going it alone was costing, what we found and what changed. Two pages each, ready to send.
Sound familiar? Now is a great time to reach out to Jeff before your version of one of these stories happens.

Before you call
Why reach out now?
Year-end is when most owners set next year's IT budget and face renewals for software, carriers and cyber insurance. A fixed-fee engagement now gives you real findings to plan with instead of guesses, and Jeff is building his calendar across the region right now. Call him direct at 208-260-4858 or the Twin Falls office at 208-944-9200.
How does the MountainStates code work?
Enter MountainStates in the code box above the engagements and every fixed fee on the page drops 20% from list. The discount carries through your plan, the share link, the printable summary and the scope of work Jeff sends you. It applies to businesses in the markets Jeff serves and cannot be combined with other offers.
Do you actually come on site?
Yes. Activity3 is headquartered in Twin Falls and our engineers cover the Treasure Valley, Magic Valley, Sun Valley, Eastern Idaho, Teton Valley and Jackson Hole, Eastern Oregon, Northern Nevada and Northern Utah. Cabling, closets, network assessments and hardware refreshes are done in person; the rest is done remotely by the same US-based team.
Do we have to sign a managed services contract?
No. Every engagement stands on its own with a fixed fee. Many clients start with one or two and decide later whether they want Activity3 to run their IT day to day. Some never do, and that is fine.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, within the assumptions printed on the scope of work, such as user count and number of locations. If something changes the scope, we tell you before doing the work and put it in writing. Anything outside scope is only done by written change request at $125 an hour.
We already have an IT person. Is this for us?
Often more so. These engagements give your IT person specialist backup and an outside view of what they have been too busy to get to. The findings are written so your own staff can act on them.
What happens after the readout?
You own every deliverable. If you want help fixing what we find, Jeff brings you a fixed-price quote from the same findings. If you would rather handle it in house, you have a ranked list to work from.
We have more than 75 users or several locations.
Tell Jeff. The published prices fit most companies of 25 to 75 users at one or two locations. Larger footprints get the same scope with a price adjusted before you sign, never after.
Now is a great time to talk with Jeff
Thirty minutes with Jeff, in person or on the phone. Bring your biggest IT headache and your last few bills. You will leave with a one-page scope and a fixed price, or an honest answer that you do not need us.
